We Can Rebuild Her
Better than she was before… Better, Stronger, Happier. A Breast Cancer Journal

I’m not fit to run a company, and I don’t deserve a fancy phone.

If I were more gutsy, I would have quit my job today.

Actually… if I were more gutsy, I probably wouldn’t have felt like quitting.

Either way, I did get a fancy phone today. Unexpectedly.

So, I’ve got that going for me.

Thanks, Mark.

I guess I’ll go back to work tomorrow, afterall.

Enjoy your phone. Is there anything you like about your job? Tough stuff when you go every day to a job you dislike. nDon’t dis’ your guts. You have lots of guts where it counts – family, survival.nGood news. It is Friday!nLove you

Happy New Year Team BALM. Enjoy your weekend. Go skiing or skating, or just relax with hot chocolate or cocoa or your beverage of choice.

Thanks, Janice.nWhat I have to realize is that my job is no problem. It’s a matter of balance (I never dreamed I’d go back to working 5 days a week) and that I push myself too hard, try too hard, and then I crash when I realize I’d have been much smarter and happier if I hadn’t.nNot sure how to unlearn that push-myself stuff. Or to learn how to make those work hours a lot more fun.nYou’re right — good news is it’s Friday.nLots of love,nAndreanxo
