    It was overwhelming to be a part of an ocean of people, all of whom had been affected in similar ways. I was brought back to the fear and uncertainty of treatment and the sense of being rather small in the world.nnThat feeling was amplified by seeing the signs people wrote, doing the walk/run for recently lost loved ones. The standout for me was a sign that read “I’m running for my daughter so she won’t have to.”nnThanks everyone for your support!

    Yes, indeed. It was an extremely overwhelming day.nnThe many smiling, youthful faces of lost loved ones. The huge crowd of “survivors”. Flooding memories of our October 2009. And memories of those ancient Run for the Cure’s where, for me, it was just another fundraising run.nnThank you for being part of it, Mark.
